1. SYSTEM ENGINEER - LOTUS DOMINO INTEGRATION (1 POSITION)
Responsible for supporting and implementing Lotus Domino infrastructure solutions and applications

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma holder in relevant discipline
  • Must have at least 2 years experience in Lotus Domino infrastructure solutions support and implementation
  • Experienced in Lotus Domino applications eg. Sametime, Quickplace will be an added advantage
  • Able to write good technical reports and documentation
  • Able to lead and manage Lotus Domino implementation projects
  • With good communication and presentation skills
  • Must be a team player, self-motivated and initiative
2. SYSTEM TECHNICIAN - PC SUPPORT (2 POSITIONS)
Responsible for supporting and implementing PC, Laptop and Intel based servers infrastructure and solutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum Certificate in relevant discipline
  • Must have at least 1 year experience in PC, Laptop and Intel servers support and implementation
  • Experienced in Microsoft OS and Networking will be an added advantage
  • Able to write good technical reports
  • Must be a team player, self-motivated, initiative and fast learner

Position (3) & (4) is responsible for selling to our installed base customers and continue to generate new business revenue  for our new
solutions and service offerings.

Position (5) is responsible for selling new software and solution offerings to our installed based customers and continue to create new customers.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma holder in relevant discipline
  • Must have at least 3-5 years sales experience in selling hardware and infrastructure solutions
  • Sales experience in selling IBM, CISCO or HP products will be an added advantage
  • Able to create new business opportunities
  • Able to propose and write good proposal
  • With good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Must be a team player, self-motivated, result oriented, aggressive and dynamic
6. TELEMARKETING (TEMPORARY - 2 MONTHS)

Requirements:

  • Minimum STPM and above
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with all levels
  • Computer literate - knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Knowledge of IT or experience working in the IT industry would be an added advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skill, result-oriented, independent and self-initiative with a positive attitude


Responsibilities:

  • Tele-marketing
  • Maintaining in-house marketing database to ensure quality and accuracy with minimum rejects
  • To follow through with telemarketing activities for all seminar/workshop/announcement mailers - to encourage attendance/response
  • Provide administrative assistance and support in all aspects of department activities, including special projects as needed
